About me
Ana Melentijević (b. 1994, Užice, Serbia) is a Belgrade-based cinematographer and photographer. She holds a Master’s degree in Cinematography from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, completed in 2020. Her work spans TV series, short films, documentaries, and music videos, many of which have screened at local and international festivals. Notable credits include Silence (2017), Days Lost (2021), and Monarch. In 2021, she was selected for the Sarajevo Film Festival’s Talents Camera Studio, mentored by Miloš Jaćimović. In 2023, she shot her first feature film, Mudbrick, directed by Nikola Petrović, which premiered at Terror Molins in Barcelona and had its Serbian premiere in January 2024. She is currently working on the LGBTQ+ themed series Gravity of the Rainbow and her latest short film, Only God Uses Telegram, directed by Jovana Avramović and supported by Film Center Serbia, is in post-production.
